When you use the quote calculator or contact form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, your email or Telegram handle, your project selections, and any message you write. If your browser sends it and you haven't blocked it, we also see your general location (country/city level) and device type via standard server logs, and we store your language preference locally in your browser (not on our servers) so you don't have to reselect it on your next visit.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes in the future — for example if we add analytics or an advertising pixel — this policy will be updated first, and any such tool will only run after you actively consent via the cookie banner.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a quote — this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or, where that doesn't apply, based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without separately asking you first.
Submitting the quote form forwards your message to our Telegram account via the Telegram Bot API, so Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) processes that message as part of delivering it. The site itself is hosted on Vercel and the source code is stored on GitHub — both act as our infrastructure providers (processors) and may process technical data (like IP addresses) as part of running the servers. We don't share your enquiry with anyone else.
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that working relationship plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete earlier correspondence at any time — see your rights below.
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to: give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it to you in a portable format — and you can object to our use of it. Write to info@ansvarcreator.com for any of this. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Slovakia, that's the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
If we materially change what we collect or why, we'll update this page and change the date above.
